State-of-the-art Kitchens aligned with world-class management, consultancy, logistics, technology and transport capabilities.
The Kitchens’ production capacity can reach up to 60,000 meals per day .
Mess Halls: each of 5200 labours capacity at a time, in accordance with the labours’ nationalities. Special Halls for meals packing operations, equipped with the latest technologies and high health standards, of up to 50,000 packed meals a day capacity.
More than 20 diverse menus, designed for the different needs and nationalities.
Being experienced and able in the finesse of VIP dining and providing comprehensive industrial catering solutions, Al Rajhi Al Jaber is securing complete catering capabilities.
Specialized Crew with high expertise, of more than 20 nationalities.

Adequate number of qualified Doctors and nurses.
Provision of general treatments to tenants.
Ambulance service for transporting patients of critical cases to the nearest hospital.
Contracting with a private hospital management to provide medical service including X-Ray, Pathology Lab etc.

Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene of facility through
1- Daily Cleaning Work :
- Removal & Disposal of garbage at the designated skip area in the city.
- Restrooms, floor and facility surrounding area.
2- Scheduled deep, window and building structure cleaning .

• Laundry services for all tenants categories using the latest methods and technologies
-Scheduled linen and blankets changing
-Cloth dryers for each building

• Waste collection in special containers inside the camp to cover all the facility areas.
• Recycling program.
• Mechanical sweeping.

Misting and Fogging Treatment.
• Dusting Treatment.
• Rodents control using lures treatment.

• Full Height Turn-stiles to control and monitor the tenants leaving and entering.
• Proximity Access Cards for entrance and exit permissions.
• Installed cameras for turn-stiles monitoring.
• Scheduled reports about occupancy.

For Security Enforcement, staff and workers are issued Access Cards to facilitate ingress and egress of the premise.
Access Card has to be presented at the main entrance turnstile card readers for entering into the premise and the system shall recognise the room of that card holder.
The air-conditioning of that room shall be activated automatically.
Once this Access Card is presented for exiting the premise, that room airconditioning shall automatically be switched off for energy saving.
The same Access Cards are also used in the Dinning Mess Halls to ensure collect of food at the correct counter / mess hall.
